Introduction
Hard Money Lenders of Palm Beach (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") is a lead-generation service operated by Lead Skills, LLC. We are not a lender. We do not make loans, extend credit, take loan applications, issue loan commitments, set rates or terms, or make any credit decisions. We connect borrowers with participating hard money lenders who may be able to provide financing.
Because we collect nonpublic personal information in connection with a financial product or service, we are subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and its implementing rules, including the Privacy Rule and the Safeguards Rule. This Privacy Policy describes our information practices.
Information We Collect
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, mailing or property address, and similar contact identifiers you provide.
- Property and investment information — property type, project description, timing, intended use, and related details you submit in an inquiry.
- Financial information — general financing needs, loan amount ranges, credit-related information you choose to share, and similar information provided through forms or direct communications.
- Usage data — device, browser, IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected automatically.
- Communication records — copies of your messages, form submissions, consent records (including TCPA consent and timestamp), and related metadata.
How We Use Your Information
- To match your inquiry with one or more participating lenders who may be able to contact you about financing.
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you by phone, email, or SMS/text.
- To operate, secure, monitor, and improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights, property, or safety of users and others.
How We Share Your Information (GLBA Disclosure)
We may share the nonpublic personal information you provide with:
- Participating lenders. Your information may be shared with one or more participating hard money lenders so they may contact you regarding your financing inquiry. Each participating lender is responsible for its own privacy practices and credit decisions. A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers are contractually limited in how they may use your information.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or us.
- Business transfers. We may transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your Right to Limit Sharing
By submitting an inquiry through the Site, you authorize us to share the information you provide with one or more participating lenders so they may contact you about financing. If you do not want us to share your information with participating lenders, do not submit an inquiry.
To opt out of future sharing or to withdraw a prior authorization, email [email protected] or call (561) 834-7695. Opt-out requests do not affect information already shared with a participating lender; that lender's own privacy policy will govern its further use of your information.
Data Security
Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain an information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the nonpublic personal information we collect. Our program includes access controls, encryption of data in transit where appropriate, vendor oversight, and periodic review. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
- Access, correct, or delete. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.
- SMS / text opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further SMS communications.
- Phone opt-out. Ask to be removed from call lists during any call, or call (561) 834-7695 to request removal.
- Email opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or email [email protected].
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
